All orders are shipped directly from Japan, where production and fulfillment are now fully centralized.
This allows for faster shipping, better quality control, and more responsive support.

Orders are processed continuously as they come in.
There is no backlog and no delayed queue.
If a surge in orders or an exceptional external event causes delays, this will always be clearly communicated here.

Since we are based near Tokyo, parcels typically take 2–3 days to arrive in the United States, with local delivery taking approximately one additional week, depending on the destination.

Orders are shipped from Japan.

In the unlikely event that a parcel is lost by postal services, it will be refunded or reshipped, depending on your preference.
