Fantastic product and service overall
I was very impressed with the model to begin with and how detailed it was. I did however get 2 sword arms like others, which I hoped was an option for right or left but both were the same arm, along with the left hand which I got 2 of. I'm missing 1 head, and I got a random piece that looks like a foot...and I have no idea where it would even go on the model. Lastly the character model is clearly a bit more cured than the base. I truly don't like being 'that person' but unfortunately this isn't the first time on Etsy that I've experienced the lack of quality and items I was supposed to receive. I double checked as well and there's nothing in the description that says they don't come with it. Other than the negatives I love the model and thankfully the head I wanted was in the package! Thank you!
