All orders are shipped directly from Japan, where production and fulfillment are now fully centralized. This means faster shipping and even more responsive support.

• Production time: 1–5 business days

Orders are processed continuously as they come in. There is no backlog and no delayed queue. If a surge in orders or an external event causes delays, I will specify it here.

Estimated delivery times:

• Asia: 2–10 days

• Europe: 3–16 days

• USA / Canada: 2–14 days

• Australia / New Zealand: 2–12 days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs processing.

Since we are based in Tokyo, once packages are picked up by the Japanese postal service, they take, for example, 2 to 3 days to arrive in the US; local delivery then takes approximately one week.

Express Shipping – DHL (Optional)

• Fast international delivery

• Full tracking and priority handling

This option is recommended if you need maximum speed and reassurance.

 

🌍 Customs & Taxes

 

• Orders are shipped from Japan

• Local customs fees or VAT may apply depending on your country

• For the EU these fees are the responsibility of the recipient

• For the United Kingdom, taxes are calculated upon shipment and paid by Proxywars
  
• For the United States, the thresholds have not been reached, so there is no tax yet

• A tracking number is automatically sent once your order ships

• You can follow your parcel at any time

• If anything goes wrong, you can contact us directly

We personally handle every shipment. In the unlikely event of the parcel being lost by the postal services, the parcel can either be refunded or reshipped.

Every miniature is carefully checked before shipping and packed to minimize any risk during transport.

In the vast majority of cases, orders arrive complete and in perfect condition.

However, in the rare event that:

• an item is missing

• a miniature arrives damaged

• or something is not as expected

We will always work with you to find the best solution.
