Return and Refund Policy

At Proxywars, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy. If you encounter any issues with your miniatures, such as broken or missing pieces, our support team will always offer a replacement or refund.

Eligibility:

• Items must be in their original condition.
• Digital products (like STL files) are non-refundable.
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Process:

• Contact our support team at the etsy shop https://www.etsy.com/shop/Proxywars? with your order details.
• Upon approval, ship the items back to us.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Exceptions:

• Custom orders items cannot be returned.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
