I'm thrilled to let you know that all pending orders have now been fulfilled! After a long and bumpy transition between workshops, I’ve officially taken back full control of the production—and it feels amazing.
Not only have I caught up on everything, but I’m now fully operational again, with a new in-house setup right here in Japan.
And here’s the kicker: shipping from Japan is way faster than I expected. Some packages have reached the U.S. in just three or four days. Of course, occasional customs checks can cause minor delays, but overall, delivery times are much better than I had hoped.
A few clarifications:

🇺🇸 U.S. customers: No customs taxes have been reported so far!

🇪🇺 European buyers: Taxes may apply. If you’d rather avoid surprises, I recommend using my Etsy store, which handles VAT more smoothly.

🇬🇧 UK buyers: I’m currently registering with HMRC to collect and remit VAT directly, so things should be fully compliant and transparent on your end very soon.
Having production here in Japan is not only smoother and more affordable, but also allows me to supervise everything personally—ensuring better quality, faster handling, and a much stronger customer experience overall.
Now that the order rush is behind me, I’m shifting gears to focus on the next big project:
A physical pledge for the next Kickstarter, with printed miniatures, launching the Damocles Wars game system!
Thanks to this new setup, I’ll be able to offer physical pledges at much more affordable prices—without compromising quality. And the faction I’m working on has a gritty, post-apocalyptic vibe that could fit in a ton of other game systems too. (Think Mad Max & Dune meets C&C.)
