We’re excited to announce a beautiful new addition to the Proxywars catalog — a full collection of 13 detailed STL buildings, inspired by the rustic charm and historical depth of Provence, southern France.

These modular models are designed in 28mm scale and are perfectly suited for World War II wargaming, particularly for battles set during the liberation of southern France by the Free French Forces. Whether you’re recreating skirmishes from Operation Dragoon or building immersive terrain for Bolt Action or Chain of Command, these buildings will bring depth and atmosphere to your table.

🔧 Designed for Wargamers, by Wargamers
Each house has been optimized for FDM printing (Ender 3, Prusa, etc.), pre-cut into manageable sections, and equipped with alignment slots and assembly pins for hassle-free construction. You can also print parts in resin if you want even sharper detail.

The buildings are fully modular, making it easy to create realistic village layouts, street-side combat zones, or rural hideouts. From small homes to classic Provençal townhouses, you can mix and match elements to build a truly unique setup.

🎖️ A Personal Tribute
This project holds a special meaning for me — my grandfather was among the soldiers of the Free French Forces who took part in the Allied landings in southern France. Offering these models is my small way of honoring that history, and of sharing it through our shared love for miniature wargaming and storytelling.
