Hello everyone,

First of all, thank you for your incredible patience — I know things have been quiet lately, but that’s only because we’ve been working hard behind the scenes on something big.

Today, I’m officially announcing the launch of a brand new and ambitious miniature range: Ta-Khefet, a Greanan faction at the heart of the Proxywars universe. These are the first modular infantry troops from the southern peninsula of Resharad, and they’re just the beginning of what’s shaping up to be one of the most versatile and complete armies we’ve ever released.

🛡️ A Total of 16 Units + Bonuses

Over the next few months, you’ll see 16 full infantry squads released, all modular and highly detailed — perfect for builders, painters, and wargamers. On top of that, we’re planning cavalry, heroes, and character models as bonus content to round out the full force.

The Anubis Drones we already released will serve as mechanized support for this army, offering a gritty and thematic synergy between tradition and tech — just like Ta-Khefet itself.

The miniatures are coming to Patreon, MyMiniFactory, and Cults3D, and we’re aiming for a regular monthly release cycle (3 squads per month). I’m very excited about this one — and I hope you’ll feel the same when you see what’s coming.

📖 Lore-Driven Design

Thanks to the support of our community, I’ve finally had the breathing room to dig deeper into the lore — and it has made everything more coherent and inspiring. With the background of Ta-Khefet now fully fleshed out, it’s become much easier to sculpt not just the soldiers, but the world they fight for.

You’ll meet the rebels of Netjeret, the armored zealots of Shur-Mekhet, and follow the subtle war between Greanan kingdoms — all through narrative-driven designs that aim to bring immersion to your games.

This project wouldn’t be what it is without the support of our backers. Whether you’re here for the STL files, the printed models, or the lore itself: thank you. Your belief in this project — and in the wargame still in development — means everything.

💥 The Etsy Blow & What’s Next

That said, I have to share some more difficult news: Etsy permanently closed my main shop, due to internal platform policies unrelated to any customer issue. This has not only forced me to start everything from scratch, but also left me with a $50,000 financial hole while they hold the funds from past orders. And with no more order coming from this shop it will be an additionnal loss of $30,000 for this year... 

This is, frankly, a huge blow.

But it’s also a wake-up call: it’s time to push forward, focus on platforms that support creators, and prioritize STL releases, long-overdue projects, and the foundation for Proxywars' long-term future.

The wargame is still coming — but the roadmap has shifted. I will need to delay its release as I focus my time and energy on rebuilding and expanding the digital collections first.
